RAUEMI | MANAHUA

At Manahua, we ensure our clients have access to clear, reliable rauemi (resources) that support their wellbeing journey.
We also provide guidance around ACC processes, including linking you to navigation supports within our hapori, such as Te Kotahi o te Tau Ihu to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and fully supported every step of the way.
If you need support beyond mirimiri and romiromi, follow the link below to explore trusted services and wider wellbeing options.
These resources also include important information about your rights under the New Zealand Health and Disability Act and the Privacy Act, helping you understand how your personal information is protected and how your care should be delivered with dignity, respect, and safety.
What You Can Expect From Us
At Manahua, your safety, dignity, and wairua are at the heart of our practice.
Every session is guided by tikanga-based care, respect for your whakapapa, and a commitment to supporting your healing in a way that feels grounded and culturally aligned.
You can expect a calm, welcoming space, clear communication, and practitioners who honour your autonomy, your stories, and your pace.

Understanding Your Rights
As a client, you have protected rights under the Health and Disability Commissioner Act and the Privacy Act of Aotearoa.
These laws ensure that you receive care that is safe, respectful, confidential, and centred on informed consent.
We are committed to upholding these standards in every interaction, ensuring you always understand what is happening, why, and how your information is being used.
Your mana and your well-being guide every decision we make.
Support Services
Healing looks different for every person, and sometimes additional support outside of mirimiri and romiromi may be needed.
We work closely within our hapori to provide trusted pathways to wider wellbeing services.
Mental health providers, rongoā Māori practitioners, ACC navigators, disability supports, and kaupapa Māori organisations.
If you feel you need more than physical or wairua-based bodywork, the links below will guide you to services that uphold manaakitanga and culturally grounded care.
How We Keep Your Information Safe

All client notes, consent forms, personal details, and referral information are securely stored in Cliniko, a trusted health-sector system used across Aotearoa.
Cliniko ensures your information is encrypted, confidential, and only accessed by authorised practitioners involved in your care.
We follow strict privacy protocols, and your information is never shared without your consent unless required for safety or legal reasons.
